- Birth details — name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth that you voluntarily enter to generate your Kundali.
- Account information — email address and name if you sign in via Google OAuth.
- Payment information — processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and browser/device type for analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and display your Vedic birth chart and AI interpretation.
- To process payments for full reports and premium features.
- To improve our algorithms, content, and user experience.
- To send transactional emails (e.g., report delivery). We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your birth data is stored securely in our database (Supabase, hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We retain your chart data to allow you to retrieve it later; you may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:
- Google OAuth — for sign-in authentication.
- Razorpay — for payment processing (India).
- OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — for geocoding birth locations.
- Vercel — for hosting and analytics.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@kundali.io. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to third parties.
