Overview

Kundali.io offers both free and paid features. This policy applies to all paid transactions made on our platform. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will work with you fairly if something goes wrong.

Free Features

Our core Kundali generation, chart viewing, and basic interpretations are completely free. No payment is required for these features.

Paid Features

Paid features currently include:

  • Full Kundali PDF Report — a comprehensive, downloadable report with detailed planetary analysis.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You were charged but did not receive the paid content (e.g., PDF failed to generate or deliver).
  • You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error.
  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and the report has not been accessed/downloaded.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Reports that have been successfully generated and downloaded.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction due to the nature of astrological content (interpretations are inherently subjective).
  • Incorrect birth details entered — please double-check your details before purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@kundali.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address.
  • The Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
  • The reason for your refund request.

We aim to process all valid refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Razorpay. If you have concerns about a charge, you can also contact Razorpay support directly. We are unable to process refunds outside of Razorpay's system.
